Use of the SKSD Wireless network is subject to SKSD web filtering and monitoring, and should be used for district purposes only.
Secure Socket Layer (SSL)/Https traffic may be intercepted.
Appropriate use of the internet means I WILL:
        1. Not destroy other people's files with viruses or hacking tools
        2. Only access files that belong to me
        3. Obey the restrictions of the network filter
        4. Report anything inappropriate to my teacher or another adult immediately
        5. Protect myself by not giving out personal information (including my password) or leaving my computer unattended
        6. Be a good cyber-citizen and not use the computer to bully, harass or put-down others
        7. Respect the copyright of software and web sites and not plagiarize the works of others

I understand that my personal equipment is not protected by the district anti-virus software and that South Kitsap School District is not liable for the support and general health of my personal equipment.
I agree to keep my personal equipment's OS patched, and have a current and updated antivirus program installed on it.
I also understand that not following any of the above could result in disciplinary action according to district policy #2022. (Full text of policy #2022 and procedures can be viewed on the SKSD website at http://www.skitsap.wednet.edu/Page/254)
